Requirements
What are the C7C visa requirements for Bali?
To ensure a successful application, we will guide you through the necessary eligibility criteria and documentation. Based on current agency practice, you’ll need:
Valid passport
Your passport must have at least 6 months’ validity on arrival. To avoid potential system rejections, many agencies, including ours, prefer a minimum of 9–12 months’ validity, plus at least 2 blank pages.
Non-paid activity
Confirmation that you will not receive Indonesian-sourced salary or direct fees; only per diem or costs paid by the inviter are permissible.
Clear purpose & invitation
A specific event, training, or demonstration organised by an Indonesian legal entity (company, institution, or organiser) is mandatory.
Financial sufficiency
Proof of at least USD 2,000 equivalent in your bank account for the last 3 months, following the general e-Visit Visa requirement.
Recent colour photograph
A passport-style photo adhering to Immigration e-Visa photo rules.
Address in Indonesia
Details of your accommodation (hotel, villa, event venue, or inviter’s address).
Sponsorship / invitation letter
Issued by the Indonesian company, institution, or government agency, detailing the full identity of the inviter, your details, exact dates, location(s), and nature of the activity. It will also state that activities are non-paid and confirm responsibility for you while in Indonesia. We handle this.
Corporate documents of sponsor
Necessary documents like NPWP, NIB, deed, and ID of the director, as required by the OSS/e-Visa system. This is a core part of what we handle for you.
